v-day lol...

i'm rather indifferent about valentines day. maybe because i have no "significant" other, or because i'll be working all day. in my opinion, you should share the love everyday. and buying crap for people on a designated day is dumb (same with christmas) but that's no excuse to be whiney and bitter on this day, because that is just as annoying as a couple buying each other matching teddy bears with their names embroidered. but here is a collection GREAT v-day inspirted art. http://www.thesuitcase.org/vday/ there are two if my works in there.

 work is going to be ridiculously busy today, with 140 people coming in, and it's all gonna be tables of two :P but the walgreens down the street sells their 4 packs of redbull. for $1.99. YES. I KNOW. their UPC codes are messed up, so a FOUR PACK worth like 7 bucks, sells for the price of one. needless to say, i have a large stash of redbulls and vodka in my room, only to be used when clubbing.

AND. the waiting room. 1% productions own venue is opening on like 63rd and maple. just up the street from Espana. i can't wait. so many awesome shows. and much closer than sokol. plus i will be able to pre-game at Espana with half price drinks at the bar.

things are looking up in omaha, all we need now is a little warmer weather :D

the work week streak...

yessss. i don't have to go to work tonight because the party canceled because of that big storm that is supposedly coming. so my 11 day work streak is ruined. that's pretty epic. school and/or work everyday for 11 days. who else has had a work week streak?

the box king...

you can fill him with whatever you want. personally i would have put a divider inside him, and have one side filled with sand and the other with ocean water. a flying beach.

 

speech/stencil class...

i am reluctantly in speech class this semester, and we have to give a "how to" speech. which is kinda like show and tell, but you get graded. so i finally decided what to give it on. stencils :D i had to use my classic bob ross for it. he's glorious. time to educate the youth, hopefully bob ross won't be mistaken as a bomb threat!
