the dude from ireland is this awesome artist i met on deviantart, and he mailed me some little paintings for free, so i'm hooking him up in return. our styles are rather similar, but he's really good. check him out. http://duffzilla.deviantart.com/

 apparently, the main cold side chef at Espana is in jail. so the shaft falls on me. i have to work fridays and random days during the week. since i already worked 5 days a week, and go to school full time. this will remove "social life" from the equation for quite some time. the problem is, i just want enough money to get by, my theory on money is that you can always make more money, but you can't make more time. time is far more valuable to me than money.

oh well, here are some upcoming shows for us here in omaha. even though animal collective sucks live, it'd be a waste to just not see them while they were here.

i found out mr. graeve is a bartender at DJs. good for him, he probably makes more money, and has just as much fun :D

well, after my comment spree on WT and reading joel's blog, i realized i should stop dickin' around and paint. so i did, finally. and it felt awesome. nothing beats music and creativity working at the same time. it's like a natural high.

 this is a 5x5" wood panel piece. i'm mailing it to this artist in ireland.

dude. mr. graeve. ( think that how it was spelled) the dude who taught me freshman year. works at DJ's Dugout, next to Darwin Bistro (where i work). i walked past him, and i was like.. woaaah. and then i told him, that he taught me freshman year, and that i got my first C in his class, but that it was the best class ever.

 anyone else have him back in the day?

the end of winter break was officially felt last night with it being jayme and jackie's last nights in omaha. and now us omaha folk must trudge on through the freezing weather, only to find refuge in spring break.

scrabble was a favorite this break, and as i strategically enter jihad into the playing field, jon natvig entered a favorite of words.
