See, this is weird. I knew he was alive and still writing. But for the longest time I thought he was dead. I just assumed he was dead, no great writer is really alive anymore right? Not in a sell your soul to the devil way, but I appreciate classics, or I'm trained to appreciate classics more. And Slaughterhouse Five is a classic. So in a way, his death really doesn't come as a surprise to me...because I thought he was dead for a long time now. You see what I'm saying? The solution to mourning is to assume others are dead and then be pleasantly surprised every time you find that the presumed corpse is actually alive. Then when they die the acceptance sets in with ease. How fucking morbid is that?

May he rest in peace with all the blessings and good will of man to tranquilize his endless journey.

Man, this kid I have the hots for was all sad about Kurt Vonnegut. He probably is excited about lollapolakkoza too. I think he was the type that thought skateboarding was awesome but jam sessions even awesomer.

Hey Tim!
Ooo, did you watch the news today? Neil was on for his huge ass award and they showed a painting of me!!! And he said 'see, it's me lucky charm, erica, we have sex ALL THE TIME' and then Jim Flowers did the weather.

(miss you...what are you doing this summer?)
