Ace of Bass and Aerospace

Whatever you do, make sure you do it well. Even if it's illegal. Just do it well.

Now that we have that said, I can begin to blog bitches!

Well, I am slowly and steadily spending lots of money to be in Glee Club. Yes, I love singing, and I can't wait to go to California over Christmas, but there is a price involved. Something exciting about glee club is that I will soon be singing a quartet, which is pretty exciting considering in all the music we have played thus far, my voice has been drowned out by the choir of nearly sixty men. So in this piece, when the audience hears the bass part, they are hearing me, and only me. This is a responsibility, but it is exciting as well, because I will actually have to apply myself and my beautiful voice.

On another note, I aced my aerospace test I took on friday. I was excited because I only got a 99 on my last test, and now with the 100, I can do whatever I want in the class and get away with it (behavior-wise). "What's that Dr. Downing, oh yeah, I aced you last two tests! What now!"

Working out has become one of my favorite hobbies. Me and a couple Theta Chi's (Andrew and Murtazza) from my floor go work out every night, and although we aren't buff yet, we will be, and sexy we will be as well!

I have found a new hobby--throwing things out the sixth floor study room window. It's more fun than you can imagine, especially when there are people down on the ground that aren't expecting something to come flying out the window. Saturday night I shook up a pop can and threw it out the window near some people smoking. I quickly closed the window and retreated to another room to watch the people's reaction. It was hilarious. For ten minutes, they were investigating the incident, looking up at the building, and looking baffled. The night before, my friend Andrew threw the study room trash can out of the window. I almost crapped myself then. Funny stuff. Funny stuff indeed.

Oh by the way, I'm not coming up to Omaha this weekend, but my friend, Aaron Couch is going to be playing with his band, The Raging Hormones, at the Rock on Friday. He is the guitarist and his band is playing fourth. I urge you all to go and support him and his band. They and especially Aaron are really cool. Maybe drop my name and you will have a good gossip/conversation.
