The Unearthing of Internet Memes

I've discovered a connection. There are hundreds of Internet Memes (A neologism for weird things popularized on the interweb) from Lolcatz to Star Wars Kid. Most of these phenomenons are autonomous, but every once in a while, a link emerges.

Chocolate Rain by Tay Zonday

What is this song really about? No one really seems to know, its just a weird 12 year old looking man singing in the style of James Earl Jones. No one really knows, until now.

Chocolate Rain by Tay Zonday is: An ode to Tub Girl.

Amazing...

Joel:

Memes! That was a very informative wiki. I wish we could talk about shock sites all day long, minus the awful violent ones. see www.shakethatbear.com for an odd time.

I like Tay Zonday's song. Bruthas got soul.

I am fairly certain, though, that memes-as-a-word is not neological

Rob:

I have a bunch of girlfriends who think that song is like the greatest thing they have ever heard, I wonder what they would think if they knew it was about explosive anal juices.
