Borat for Halloween

I wish I posted on here more often. And I should because I don't exactly have a busy schedule with taking only 13 credits. I usually just sit in my room, watch ESPN, read about sports online, listen to music and take naps. I still check Wandyteeth at least four or five times a day, but I know that not much of my time is committed here. I'm just not always sure what I want to document online when sometimes it's smarter to keep things in your head.

Because of a series of class cancellations and the pushing back of many of my papers' due dates, I have done a surprisingly small amount of work thus far this year. Soon though, like for the next few weeks, I have to turn my facebook short story into a 20 page story. I'm thinking of drowning it with internet jokes, and probably a few excerpts from blogs.

Musicwise, I am experimenting, listening to The Deftones and Thursday. They sort of remind me of sophomore year, when I first got my blue Toyota Four Runner. That car had serious personality. The music also agrees with my recent obsession with fire. I tried to add some personality to my kicks after burning some crayons. I have a box of sixty-four.

Here is a collection of beer bottles I have been working on since July. Right now my favorites go in this order: 1. Red Stripe 2. Bud Light 3. Bud Select 4. Shiner Hefeweizen 5. Kirin Ichiban.

Tim, The National - Alligator is the best album of 2005 you say? I will have to listen to it. I tell everybody Gorillaz - Demon Days is the best of 2005, if not Beck - Guero. Will 2006 be Justin's year? The interludes on his album alone demand to be listened to.

That was a beautiful message

Hey buddies. Tomorrow I am shipping off my laptop for repairs. I'll be without my most intimate internet viewing machine for about two weeks. We haven't been apart for that long in four years. I don't know how I'll survive without all my movies, songs, and personal window into cyberspace.

The good news is baseball playoffs have started. With the regular season ending last Sunday, I finished in first place of two fantasy leagues and in third place in three others. My exceptional sports managing skills, in both baseball and basketball, have earned me seven first place finishes in the last three years. I'm also #1 and undefeated in a football league, which is about a third of the way into the season. I guess it's clear where my commitments lie. I've also been getting into shape because intramural football starts in a few weeks.

YO!! I'm coming HOME this weekend. I'll be in Omaha Friday until Tuesday. I have no real plans except to hit the bars for the first time since turning legal. Hope I get lucky.

I had work today. After months of job hunting, I finally got hired as a delivery man for the school newspaper. I work once a week for about two and a half hours and get paid $50. I'm a real life newsie like Jack Kelly. Open the gates and seize the day.
