About Music

It is obvious that The Postal Service's Give Up is one of the best albums in the last five years, but I first got into that like winter of Senior year of high school and I am such a different person since then. It is too bad there is no real indication about when to expect a much desired follow up album. I mean, I could just go ahead and be a Death Cab fan, and I am, but I wish I didn't have to.

We Got A Winner

Someone else's delivery man winked at me. I was fiddling with my glasses because of a light mist I sustained and gave the man another look, as if to say "Was that for me?" He winked again, full bodied. This made me smile huge.

Ouch. There is a cut on my hand. There are more. I fell down at a party.

Once again, I have a double dormroom to myself. Today Farrell and Noaki helped me turn Jason's old bed into a loveseat. Come have a sit.

My love letter class is kicking off with Hamlet. Nice choice Ariel.

I miss holding hands. Who misses me?

Yo, The Trashcan's Got My Heart, Know What I'm Saying?

On Saturday Chan man, Naimul, Sissonface and I went to Ted and Wally's to watch Jason's friend's band perform. I ordered a small chocolate sundae with marshmallow topping. The mallow was overwhelming, but it helped start a conversation with a girl on crutches. She wondered if it was whip cream.

These are the girls we came to see. I thought they were genuinely original. The taller one on the left had a very pleasant voice. The lead cutie in the middle has big beautiful eyes. Every time she dabbed her eyes shut to get into the musician zone it was like she was fluffing a pillow.

This is a picture of a striking lady I spotted walking in from the parking lot. When she came in, I stuck my head out of the booth and smiled right at her. We hugged with our eyes for just a moment until she found her elegant place in the room. From my own observations, I concluded that she was probably the sister of the lead cutie in the band. If you are out there, I think you are a pretty pretty lady. Let's go music shopping.

Winter break is breaking down. I depart in one week, Wednesday the 18th, and I will be the last to leave. I've already had to say goodbye to Jmac, and yesterday Shaffer made tracks. Sissonface and I went down to KU to check out the Monday night party scene and to say bye bye to Shaffer. I'm gonna miss that dude.

The party was pretty fun, but somewhere in the middle of spitting out sick freestylings Sissonface swallowed a ciggie and scrammed outside to chuck it out.

He was okay and proceeded to rhyme about M.A.S.H and Rob Moore's intentional condom placing locations. Happy Birthday Rob, you chubbie nonce.

I can do 50 push ups and Andy Milonakis is my favorite entertainer.
