The Plastic Infinite, an urban barn raising. From the press release:
Members of the public are invited to come together to design, construct and inhabit a temporary inflatable structure in Washington Square Park, New York City. In the tradition of “barn raising", where members of a community gather to build a structure for a new family, The Plastic Infinite is a collaborative event for the city. The park will be transformed into a playground for creative exchange.
It is going to be a fantastic celebration / performance / construction. It will be PRGRM BRD PRFRMiNG RTS spectacle. We even had to navigate the intricate bureaucracies of the New York City Government to obtain permission to have the event... if you are in New York City, please come check it out!
