The Official Rulebook of Facebook Frenzy.

Upon arguing with Katherine Richling about who could abstain from Facebook for the longest amount of time, we decided to start a contest a la the "No Masturbation" extravaganza of junior and senior years which didn't last all that long. Starting today/Monday at 8 AM CST, whoever is involved cannot check their account until midnight CST on the 18th of December. The message posted on my profile is as follows:

Girls and boys:

From 8:00 AM on the 21st of November until midnight, the 18th of December, we the people have decided to play "Master of Your Domain" with this wretched thing the world calls Facebook.

That means no tomfoolery, no involvement, no checking of your account until the strike of midnight, CST. Because CST kicks the fuck out of EST.

You have until Wednesday, November 23rd to join in the 'fun'. Call us masochists. And then slap our asses.

Happy holidays. Bitches.

Sincerely,

Me
Kate Richling (Emerson)
Bone 2.0 (Nebraska-Omaha)

PS Full rules are on www.wandyteeth.com!

Which brings me to my next point. The rules!

1. No checking your Facebook account at any point under any circumstances or you are out of the competition.

2. No looking at your profile or asking others to look at your profile for you.

3. No bringing it up in conversation casually, you mongrel. Shake your ass, but watch yourself.

4. If you break any of the aforementioned rules, post on whoever is in the game's wall that you are out. Temptation is a bitter pill.

5. If you're in, you have until Wednesday, November 23rd, 2005 to join. Comment on this blog if you are in!

The list so far: Myself, Kate Richling, Bone 2.0, Kyle Humphrey, Nick Steinbrink, Timothy "Danger" Opitz, David Yoon (adon).

Woot.

It's coooooolding up in this piece.

I love music.

Saturdays are dreary and sunny and funny.

When I see you, I'll try to smile.

Listen to Aphex Twin's "The Richard D. James Album" album. It inspires this blog. Thanks to Joel James Fulton for getting me hip to the Twin.

Sincerely/Yours,

J. Chan

Dave's Tattoo Subject Makes Good.

Wandyteeth is like a mausoleum. That being said, Joel just blogged and inspired me to blog also. Thanksgiving is coming very soon and I'm ultra excited, especially to see some cool thugs that I haven't seen for awhile, including many of the Teeth members. School has been pretty busy and not very righteous thus making the prospect of a return to the glory of Omaha all the more tantalizing.

I've been wondering, however, about how it turns dark so early here in New York. Every time I have a class which ends post 5 PM, the sky has darkened. Keep in mind this has been occurring for the better part of a month or half a month. In summation, damn this place! If memory serves correctly, it took until at least seven at night in the Oms even in the winter for it to darken. Thus, Omaha wins again!

PS The Cure are really good.

PPS Allie or Bone 2.0, I demand to see your hilarious kittens whence I return.

Word out!

Here Goes the Neighbor's Wood. I'm Stealing His Lumber! I'm Stealing His Lumber!

Hey! I just reached that black name. Not in terms of Jamal or Renaldo (which is more a salacious caramel brown name), but in terms of I haven't updated for awhile. But here goes.

November has come upon us now, and that means so many different things that I have to cover all that I can remember. Firstly, the NBA season has begun and the Rockets once again play, meaning Yao Ming, gentle giant of the far East has more opportunities to go behinds his back and make Shareef Abdur-Rahim look like a burnout.

Secondly, it means THANKSGIVING BREAK! I haven't been home since late August, haven't driven since then, haven't seen my dog or lots of friends, most notably one that reads comic books all the time and one that has brownish skin whom we call "Sif-man". Looking forward to getting back to the quietude of Omaha also.

OK, so November doesn't entail a great deal of things. But those two are pretty damned important. And JK Herrington liked seeing his cousin's tatas. Sicko.

PS Buy the new Animal Collective CD. It'll make you happy.
