Wow. It's been a long time since I've written in this thing. It seems like that everytime I sit down and try to write an entry. Perhaps this time I'll really start to get serious and write on a semi-frequent basis.
The summer internship has started to wrap-up. I've got an end-of-internship presentation coming up on Wednesday where I get to talk about all the things I did and didn't do this summer. After that, I've got a week and a half of I don't know what before I'm officially done. Not too far after finishing I'm headed back up to Lincoln to settle in for another semester.
I've started the process of building my own computer by purchasing a Dell 20" Widescreen Monitor. It's probably the simplest purchase I'll have to make, but a step nonetheless. I should be ordering other components and things shortly, and hope to have it all assembled sometime in the next two to three weeks.
Last weekend I spent the weekend in Door County, Wisconsin with the family and extended family. It was a good break from Kansas City and work.
