I've been down here in Kansas City for a little over two weeks now and I've got to say it's been a pretty decent time. I will say that it kind of sucks to be down here and not be 21, as a lot of the socialization between interns and things happens at establishments in Westport or Country Club Plaza, the same establishments I'm a three or so months shy of being able to enter legally.

Work has been slow since all we've really been assigned is computer based training seminars. When I'm not working on those, I'm surfing the internet. Which gets old fast.

Tuesday I'm going to see the two worst teams in baseball duke it out (Kansas City and Pittsburgh). Hooray for small market teams!

Well...work started today in Kansas City. Brinkman, Stephen and I have all been in our new townhouse for a few days now and it is HUGE. 3 floors. 2000 square feet. Ridiculous. I'm hoping a few people might come down...it would make my summer if you'd visit.

Work was boring and mostly unnecessary as an IT person explained to a group of 60 or so interns, of which 50 are software engineers, how to do pretty basic things with our new laptops. It's hard to complain when you're getting paid.

Maybe I'll post some pictars soon. It's been awhile since I've done that. And I guess I've got the time now?
