I have to recommend the new Thrice CD to anyone who read this. I was not a Thrice fan before this album, but Vheissu is incredible. I can't stop listening to it. I've posted one of my favorite tracks and the entire thing is a true album, not just a collection of songs so you should definitely check the whole thing out if you remotely like it. Check it out...and then buy it comes out next week, I know I will.
Also, I've been really into the New Pornographers lately. Joel told me they were going to be in Atlanta when I'm going to be down there, I checked 'em out and am really digging them. So yeah, listen to that too, if you want.
Oh, and I guess Lena ran a 5:47 mile today. That is sweet in my book.

Agreed. It doesn't take a whole lot of effort to listen to a 3-4 minute song. If you're that close-minded then the invitation to listen probably wasn't directed at you in the first place.
